Case

Both defendants have collectively committed the act of defamation to the hier apparent during the daytime of the 20 January 2010 in front of Pol.Lt.Col. Sawek Chusiri and Pol.Lt.Col. Wiboon Ketchat. The incident took place at T. Suthep, A.Muang, Chiangmai. The prosecution was done under the article 83 and 112 of the Criminal Code.

Nikhom A. was accused to violated article 112 by modified portrait of the King on bank note. The court found him guilty but decied to grant him a probation in the period of 2 year.

Wanchai T. distributed documents contained a content that defame, insult and threaten the King. The court sentenced him to 10 years but he was granted the Royal Pardon later on.

Suwicha T. posted a video clip that contained an inappropriate content regarding the King, the Queen and the Royal family on Youtube. The court sentenced him to 20 years but he was granted Royal pardon later on

During her speech at Sanam Luang, Boonyuen P. violated artilce 112 by made a statement insulted against the heir apparent. She was sentenced to 12 years but was granted Royal Pardon later on     

  Wiset P. was charge with article 112  and with computer related crime act. He was arrested at Suvanabhumi airport before depart to Singapore. 

The defandant was accused of giving a public speech during the UDD's rally at Sanam Luang, intended to defame and insult the Queen.

Suriyan K., the shoes maker was charged with article 112 of the penal code after he called 191 and threaten that there will be an explosion at Siriraj Hospital. He also accused for impute the queen.
