Case

Both defendants have collectively committed the act of defamation to the hier apparent during the daytime of the 20 January 2010 in front of Pol.Lt.Col. Sawek Chusiri and Pol.Lt.Col. Wiboon Ketchat. The incident took place at T. Suthep, A.Muang, Chiangmai. The prosecution was done under the article 83 and 112 of the Criminal Code.
