Theeranan has translated an analysis from a foreign news agency on the chaos in the Thai stock market and posted it on Prachatai webboard. Afterwards, he got arrested at Suvarnabhumi International Airport from the import of false computer data creating panic among the people and affecting the state security. Those are offences under the Computer-related Crimes Act. -
