Preeyanan was sued by a doctor after having published image and text data related to the treatment failure on Facebook and other websites as a part of a campaign to push forward the passing of the Bill Protecting the Victims from Receiving Public Health Service. Doctor Prachumporn accused Preeyanan of false data dissemination and defamation.
