Legal Claims: Illegal dissemination of information
Adisak was accused of taking photos of military officers in a village which is an offense under Computer Crime Act. The pictures were later posted on the Facebook of Assembly of the Poor with a statement said that military officers forced villagers to sign documents to retrun their land. Adisak admiited that he took the photos but he did not post them. -

Chiang Rai Women 1 and 3 Chiang Rai man paticipated in a symbolic activity againt the coup "Eating Mac's againt the coup" at Macdonald's Ratchaprasong branch. After he was detained for 7 days, he was charged because of defying NCPO order No.7/2014. -

31 August 2014, police officer arrested Phayao and Nattapat Akkahad and Punsak Sritep after they spreaed out leaflets asking for justice. They were fined under the the Sanitation Act. -

Mr. Oliver, intoxicated, has spray-painted on posters with the King portraits. The court ruled that he has commited the offence 5 counts and gave him a 20-year imprisonment. Having confessed, his sentence was reduced by half. Later, the royal pardon was granted. -

Mr. Sombat Boonngamanong, on behalf of his group, has painted satirical images of Gen. Saprang Kalayanamitr, Commander-in-Chief Assistant and Gen. Sonthi Boonyaratglin, the Commander-in-Chief and the President of the Council of National Security with the offensive texts. Also in the activity, he also invited public to throw darts at the designated points to win prizes. -

Channel 3 sued Supinya Klangnarong, one of the board of NBTC., for defaming by means of giving an interview on transferring from analog to digital and retweeting messages via her personal twitter account. -

The Royal Thai Police ordered to prohibit the ordering and the importing of a book "A Kingdom in Crisis" under the Printing Act. The police stated that content of the book was considered to be the defamation against the monarchy. Moreover, content of the book might also effect to national security, peace, and public moral. -

Krisada S. participated in a protest in Chiang Mai on the day of the military crackdown on the Red Shirt protest in Bangkok. Out of dissatisfaction, Krisada threw objects and a yellow flag into the river. He was recorded in a video and his name was publicized. He and his family were threatened. He was later accused by the police for damaging public property and insulting HM the King.
