Case

15 August 2014, Ministry of Energy filed a case against M.L.Kornkasiwat, an energy academia, under defamation charge for posting message on facebook that the price of diesel fuel in Laos is lower that in Thailand.

The PDRC in Nakhon Ratchasima handed the letter to the Chief Exsecutive of the Nakhon Ratchasima Subdistrict Administrative Organization to fire Anuwat from the  Deputy Chief Executive post as his speech on the 23 February 2014 deemed to be Lese majeste as well as deemed to be the act of sedition. 

Assawin is accused of lèse-majesté for 3 counts from his business partner. The first count is insulting the Crown Prince, the other two counts are stealthy referring to the King's influence to buy a land. The defendant denies all charges.

Nutchakrit ran a radio program broadcasted via community radio station in Chonburi. Part of his speech was accused to be a defamation against King Rama the 4th.

Nattawut was gathering in an activity against the coup by reised a sign "Election Only" in front of Macdonald's. In the same day, he was taken to detained at the Crime Suppression Devision for 7 days. After that he was charged because of the NCPO order No.7/2014 and he got a temporary release. 

Sarawut had showed signs off called for releasing all Red Shirt leaders who were detianed at Meng Rai Maharaj Military Camp at Chiang Rai. He was detained at Meng Rai camp for 7 days. After that, he was taken to the court to request for a temporary detaintion and he got a temporary released on bail in the sum of 20,000 Bath.

Chainarin was gathering against the coup at the fountain square, Siam Paragon by by standing in a row and raising A4 sheets that read “the coup makers fear A4 paper, A4 paper is coming to you now.” He also a person who read poems criticizing the coup. 

26 September 2014, students were summoned by the police to pay fine for hanging a banner in order to commemmorate the 19 Sep 2006 coup on a flyover on Vibhavadi Rangsit road.

27 September 2014, Piyarat was summoned by the police to meet the investigation official and pay fine for hanging a banner in front of Chulalongkorn University.
