Kanchanee was sued by Thaiday.com Co.Ltd. with defamation and with Computer related Crime Act afterruin the reputation of the prosecutor by wrote a false information accused the prosecutor for deceiving the public for money.  The Court dismissed this case.    

  Watcharee was sued with defamation by Siam Energy Co.Ltd. after she raised the question about  the transparency on the concession process and EIA process of prosecutor. Her speach broadcasted in Kom Chad Luek, a news talk on Nation Chanel    

  Owner of a Phamacy sued Thairath Online website with defamation and with Computer-related Crimes Act after  publicized that he and his son holding an illegal weapon as well as threaten the officer on duty

Siriporn S., the webmaster of the Free Webboard 212 Cafe, was accused of being a webmaster of pornography site as nude images of 3 women were published on the mentioned webboard.

The webmaster of the Postmungang.com, a picture posting site for members, was arrested for allowimg the posting of nudist pictures. The 23-year-old webmaster was sentenced to 2 years in jail under the computer-related crimes act, which was later suspended.

TOT Board sued Manager Group with Defamation and with  Computer-related Crimes Act as the defendant defamed that  the plaintif had interfered in the structural reform of the TOT ltd.

The King Power Company Ltd. sued Mr. Prapan Koonmee and others for making a public statement defaming the company and publishing it on Manager Online website, which are deemed an offence of Defamation and Computer-related Crimes. Also, It is found that in May 2011, there were at least 4 cases with the same defendants in Bangkok, Phuket, Chonburi and Chiangmai but no details was available.
