Case

One of the lawsuits between Thammakaset chicken farm and migrant workers, Puttanee, is a second officer of Fortify Rights who was prosecuted. She was prosecuted for criminal defamation for 14 counts: 5 from her tweets, 8 from her retweets amd one for her facebook post. All of the posts are reports on updates of former cases by Thammakaset and call for the cases to be withdrawn.

The contet that was a dispute in this case can be all linked to a 107 second video clip, by clicking links for many layers, prodecued by Fortify Rights with an interview of Myanmese worker on working condition. The plaintiff sees the content as damage to its reputation.
