Case

This sedition case of defendants is one of the series of Thai Federal state group cases that Thai military bring to the court. Defendant is accused of sedition charges from wearing a black T-shirt with a sign like flag that consists of three horizontal stripes: white red white: on 5 December 2018 at Central Ram-intra. The authority considered the aforementioned T-shirt may connect to Thai Federation group. There will be witness examination on 18-21 February 2020.
