In 2014, PTT public company filed criminal defamation charge and charge under section 14(1) and 15 of the Computer-related Crime Act against Saran, an admin of Facebook page 'take back Thai everygy'.The case based on 21 facebook posts accused PTT for fraudulent, cause the rise of energy price, hiring third party to use violence against the protester, interfere the media and for being anti-monarchy organization.
