Case

On 20 December 2020, leader of "The People" organized activity #anyonecanwearcroptop at Siam Paragon. "Nut" and Thanakorn who were youth at time of the incident.

After the incident, "Nut" and Thanakorn were summoned to acknowledge accusation under section 112 of the Criminal Code.

Both went to acknowledge accusation on 20 January 2020 at Patumwan Police Station. The Inquiry officials set to hand both alledged offender to the prosecutor on 5 March 2021.
