Case

One of the case in the dispute between Thammakaste chicken farm and its migrant workers, Angkhana Neelapaijit, former Human Rights Commissioners was prosecuted on 25 October 2019 under defamation by publication for her two tweets. The plaintiff claimed that if click the links from her tweets for 5 layers, there will be 107 seconds video clip that was the content deemed to be defamation in this case and many other cases.
