Prasitchai Noonuan is environmental activist who based in southern Thailand. He expressed his opinion about tree management in Walailak university on his facebook five times. Later on, 5 July 2019 Sombat Thamrongtanyawong, the dean of Walailak university, filed the case directly to Nakornsrithammarat Provincial Court saying that Prasitchai posted false information that defied the Computer Crime act.
