Case

One of the cases in an epic conflict between poultry farm of Thammakaset company and 14 Myanmar workers, 

Ngamsuk Ruttanasatian, an academic at Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University, sued for posting a statement and link to a video clip on institute's facebook page. The company considered as defamation by publications and filed criminal charge against him.
