Case

Bencharut is a defense lawyer of Amporn, a defendant in bombing case which eventually dismissed by the court. After the bombing case was dismissed Bencharut discussed with her client and decided to prosecuted police officers who conduct the case against Amporn. On 24 May 2018, Bencharut Gave interview to media about the case that she was preparing to file the case at Anti-Corruption Court. Later, Pol.Gen. Sriwara, one of officers who were prosecuted reported to police against Bencharut under defamation charge.
