Case

On 10 December 2016, the police set deadline for Dhammajayo, a monk from Dhammakaya temple to report under money laundering charge and stationed in the area surrounding Dhammakaya Temple. Ongart who is a speaker of Dhammakaya Temple's followers read a statement expressed concerns over the force that had been deployed and over suspicious in Dhammajayo’s case.   

DSI officials filed a complaint against Ongart under the sedition charge under Section 116.

 

Trial concluded on 31 January 2019, the defendant wish not to reveal case result or other information.
