Case

Pol.Sgt.Maj. Pratin and Nattapol met at Khonkhean Correction Center while serving their individual sentences. After they had been released, they maintained contact, and in November 2015, both men were arrested once again and were charged with Lese Majeste.

 

The alleged offenses are based on conversations though the Line Application and the entries in the notebook of Pol.Sgt.Maj.Pratin

 

In addition, Pol.Sgt.Maj.Pratin was also charged with another Section 112 case which relates to the ‘Bike for Dad’ event. As for Nattapol, he was a witness for the prosecution in the ‘Bike for Dad’ case.  

 

Pol.Sgt.Maj.Pratin and Nattapol were detained in the Nakhon Chai Sri District Prison located inside the Military Circle 11 for 3 months before they received a trial in the Khonkhean Military Court. The trial went very slow while the defendants was detained until the NCPO order to abloish the jurisdiction of miliyary court.
