A movie titled "Arbat" of Sahamongkol Film Internation was banned by the National Committee on Film and Video because its content deemed to compromise peace, order and good moral of the public. After the director remove some scene as well as change the name from "Arbat" to "Arpat" the movie was allowed to screen with 18+ rate.
