Case

Pongsak or Sam was listed in the NCPO order no. 58/2014 that summon people to report to NCPO. He did not comply with the order. He was arrested on 30 December 2014 and charged for defying NCPO orde and also with lese majeste law in another case. 

In the court, Pongsak confessed. Military Court sentenced him for 1 year in prison and 20,000 baht fine. The penalty was reduced by half and the prison sentence was suspended.
