Narongsak was summonned by NCPO order no. 43 to report himself at Royal Thai Army Club on 2 June 2014 during 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. He did not comply and was accused according to NCPO Announcement No. 41 as he defied this summoning.

10 July 2014

Narongsak's room in Nontaburi was raided by more than 10 police officers. He was arrested under defying the summon according to NCPO Announcement no. 41/2557. He was asked where the weapons are. Progress of case

1 June 2014

Narongsak was summoned to report himself to NCPO within 2 June 2014, but he did not comply with the order.

8 June 2014

Military officers reported to the Crime Suppression Division’s inquiry officer to bring a charge of defying NCPO’s order.

11 July 2014

The accused said that he was brought to Military Camp which he thought that it is11th Infantry Regiment King' Guard. He was blindfolded and took to investigation room. The military officers brought the photos and he was forced to point out who he was related to.

After had been investigated with the police officers, he was sent to military camp which he guessed it is located around Phayathai district.

16 July 2014

The police officers took him to Dusit Police Station to have an additional interrogation without opposing the bail.

19 July 2014

The police officers brought him to Bangkok Military Court to request for a provisional detention under the offence of defying NCPO summons order no. 41/2014. Then he was sent to be detained at Bangkok Remand Prison.

5 September 2014

Narongsak was took to Bangkok Military Court to be prosecuted of defying NCPO summon order. He confessed, then he was convicted with 1 year imprisonment and 10,000 baht fine. The imprisonment punishment was suspended for 2 years. Due to the fact that the Defendant had been detained for a period of time, the Court, therefore, order the release.

On the same day, after Narongsak had been releasing from Bangkok Remand Prison, police officers from Paholyothin police station arrested him again. He was accused of participating in attempted murder with premeditation, participating in possessed firearms and bullets without permission, participating in causing an explosion likely to cause injury to the other person or the property and participating in carrying weapons in a town, village or public way without a reasonable cause.
