Summary

Villagers from Kaeng Khoi Conservation group, Saraburi gathered to protest against the construction of power plant in Kaeng Khoi, Saraburi. During the protest, the villagers distributed leaflets which contain a message that can damage reputation of the power plant; the power plant therefore sued the villagers under section 101 of the Enhancement and Conservation of National Environmental Quality Act B.E. 2535
